Ingredients
2 1/3 C Bisquick Mix
1/2 C milk
3 Tbs Sugar
3 Tbs butter, melted
1 pint blueberries (or as many as you want)
- Glaze for top
About 2 cups powdered sugar
2 to 3 drops of vanilla extract
A few drops water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Melt butter and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix together Bisquick and sugar.
- Stir in milk to melted butter.
- Mix the wet with the dry. Mix the milk and butter into the Bisquick and sugar until it becomes dough.
- VERY gently fold blueberries into the dough.
- Use a spoon to divide the biscuit dough into biscuits evenly on an ungreased sheet pan (best if covered by a silicone mat).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
- Glaze
- Mix together all the ingredients to make a liquid glaze. Pour over hot biscuits right as they come out of the oven.
Notes
- Fresh blueberries taste best, but you can use frozen if that’s what you have.
