Ingredients

  • 2 fingers of ginger root, peeled

  • 10 sprigs of fresh thyme

  • 3 c water

  • 3/4 c sugar

  • 16 oz frozen peaches, blended (or use peach juice)

  • ginger ale

Directions

  • Put water, ginger, sugar, thyme in a sauce pan.
  • Reduce down halfway. About 45 minutes over low to medium heat.
  • Strain, and combine with peach juice. (You can leave a little pulp if you choose.)
  • Add 1/2 ginger drink to 1/2 ginger ale over ice and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store drink in the refrigerator without the ginger ale.
  • Shake or stir before use.
