minutesThis is a very simple yet delicious whipped cream.
Ingredients
1 quart heavy cream
3/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
- Freeze metal bowl and mixer whisk for 20 minutes or until cold.
- In that chilled bowl, mix the heavy cream with a hand mixer or a stand mixer for 1 minute.
- Add in powdered sugar (and vanilla if you choose) slowly.
- Mix together for about 3-5 minutes on high speed until the cream consistency is whipped to medium to stiff peaks.
